Carpet Cleaning Services

We use the method recommended by carpet manufacturers called “Steam Cleaning”.

First we vacuum dry soils and pre-inspect the areas to be cleaned for any problem areas or spots that need pre-treated.

We apply a detergent and then agitate the carpet to evenly distribute the detergent and lift matted fibers. We follow with a rinse to extract all soil and cleaning detergents, leaving no residue that could attract dirt later.

Upholstery Cleaning

We use a similar process as carpet steam cleaning to remove all dirt, oil, pet dander, dust mites and other allergens, leaving your furniture smelling fresh and feeling soft. We can also apply a protectant to the fabric to safeguard from future soils and stains, and help extend the life of your furniture.

Tile and Grout Cleaning

We apply a tile cleaning product to the tile and grout and then manually agitate all grout joints with a grout brush. Then we follow up with a low speed machine with a tile brush. Then a high pressure steam machine is used to extract soils and cleaning product. Once your grout lines are clean, we recommend sealing them. We use a penetrating sealer that fills in the pores, creating a barrier of protection against future spills and soil. Having your grout lines properly sealed also makes them easier to keep clean.

Carpet and Upholstery Protecting

Some carpets come with a protective layer applied at the mill. Over time, this protective layer get worn and scratched from normal everyday use, making the fibers porous and easier for dirt to attach. The protectant acts as a sealer, coating the carpet fibers and filling in the damaged or porous areas making it harder for soil to attach. This keeps the fibers cleaner longer and makes it easier to maintain, prolonging the life of your carpet and furniture.
